Handled by America’s Poison Centers, your state’s cannabis regulator, and the FDA

CHSA covers California for now and will add other states. Until then:

  • For a health question or a possible poisoning, call Poison Help at 1-800-222-1222. It connects you to expert advice, 24/7, at no cost.4
  • For a problem with a store, delivery service or cannabis product, contact your state’s cannabis regulator.
  • For a bad reaction to a CBD or other hemp product, you can report it to the FDA through MedWatch.5

There is no report form on this site. Nothing on this page asks for or stores your information, and CHSA does not pass anything to regulators for you. Contact the agency directly.

If we add a way to share information with CHSA later, it will be optional. We will publish how we handle it, including a privacy assessment, before we collect anything.
